By creating personalized boxes only available through our eCommerce, we’ll allow people to get real personal and gift their loved ones well deserved KitKat moments.

How it all came to life

We launched our campaign with moments we crave or moments we need a break from with series of pre-set generic messages that still look and feel personal along with a call to action inviting people to customize their own messages.

We reached our audience by targeting search queries related to these occasions, activating ads based on weather, holidays, locations, etc. and having generic ads for popular “occasions”.
