A person’s actual age can be deceiving, their heart age isn’t.
Someone can be young at heart, look extremely youthful, yet have an elevated heart age due to a certain lifestyle and habits.

How it all came to life
The road to a young heart is blocked by a single barrier: Denial.
To be effective, our communication has to break that barrier, our message needs to be relevant, and our conclusion has to be “unavoidable”. What we say have to be rational, this is why we opted for a social experiment that visualizes the real heart age of 6 people between the ages of 45 and 55.
